When will I receive my item?

3-5 business days from dispatch date. You will be provided a tracking number for your item(s) to follow updates on your parcel.

Can I return an item?

Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of your order. Just send us an email with your order number and we will provide you with our return address, attach this to the parcel. You will refund you once the item(s) have arrived and quality checked thoroughly.

Please note - we only accept returns if there is a fault with the item that wasn’t explained in the description/images of the listing.
